* statistically clients who are prepped and accompanied do markedly better than those who are sent on their own for testing.
** Our track record is that for every 10 cases where we can follow our protocols with when we enter a case early enough, 9 of those cases are dismissed prior to a trial with no plea bargaining. This includes latest state of the art testing modalities.
ADVANTAGES: We offer a track record proven over almost a 30 year span. But more we can offer assurances of competence others merely "talk" about. The lawyers we use are "certified" in their areas of specialty. This means they actually had to take and pass examinations to determine their competence to practice in that field. The experts we use are also recognized in their fields.

Yet Kenneth Pangborn is the only one of them who is "certified" as a Trial Consultant and who had to demonstrate his knowledge by examination.
